1. Loctite 384 thermal adhesive , paste , white . Good thermal conductivity . Has a certain degree of adhesion and strength . Suitable for the thermal conductivity of various ICs , chips, CPU processors and various heating products .

2.384 is a thermally conductive adhesive system designed to connect heat sinks for thermal power components. High viscosity provides excellent thermal conductivity for heat sensitive components. In applications such high products should be limited to a maximum of 500 volts.

3. Typical applications include bonding transformers, transistors and other electronic components that produce heat, printed circuit board assemblies or heat sinks.

Thermal adhesive

Loctite® is suitable for applications that require high process simplicity. These glues conduct heat, fix and insulate, and are easy to use. With Loctite® thermal adhesives, mechanical fasteners and clips are no longer required, providing efficient heat transfer between the heating electronics and their heat sinks.

 

Loctite® products include

1. Thermally conductive silica gel technology, can be used in applications with severe temperature cycling;

2. Acrylic esters, used in places requiring room temperature curing;

3. Epoxy resins for long-lasting environmental resistance.

These glue products can be cured by means of accelerators, heat or ultraviolet rays, and have excellent process simplicity.
