WEICON thread glue series introduction

WEICONLOCK meets all the complex requirements of thread locking today. With traditional methods (such as spring seals, counter nuts), only 40% of the contact surface is utilized by the separating force. The thread interface using WEICONLOCK has a higher breaking torque. WEICONLOCK liquid can completely fill the gaps and corrugations of the threads, ensuring 100% contact with the contact surface, and preventing micro-wear and corrosion.

Depending on the sealing properties of WEICONLOCK, WEICONLOCK can use through holes (instead of blind holes) and help ensure specific clamping operations. This product performs well even with a little oil on the fasteners. However, optimum strength can only be achieved after the parts have been cleaned and degreased. (For use with WEICON surface cleaner)
